Jeffrey Grasl serves as the President on the Mission 1:17 Board of Directors. Jeff has worked in field of law for over 10 years. He and his wife have been involved with at-risk and foster youth in many different ways over the years. Jeff has served with Royal Family Kids Campwhich provides positive camp memories for children in foster care. He has also become a mentor to several children involved in the foster care system. He and his wife, Heather, also lead a team to a local residential facility to build relationships with the children who are living there.
Heather serves the Mission 1:17 team in many capacities. She works with agencies to place youth in our home and advocates for the youths’ needs on a daily basis.. She has been involved in Royal Family KIDS camp, club and mentoring for seven years as the child placement coordinator. Heather has a passion for foster care youth and desires to help them become successful and reach their full potential. As she serves the youth who cross her path she wants them to know that there are people who truly do care for them and who are willing to do whatever they can to encourage and support them on their journey. Heather recently obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Baker College and is looking forward to future possibilities to working with youth in foster care.
